One of only two select, cottages Granary Cottage has been carefully renovated and furnished to a high standard to provide the ideal holiday accommodation for a family of four.
The cottage is located on one side of the original farm courtyard
and is sited next to the oak framed threshing barn. There is ample
off-road parking and a private garden area to the rear provided with
garden furniture and barbeque.
There are magnificent panoramic views of Wenlock Edge, The Wrekin and the Shropshire countryside offering a location ideally suited to the holidaymaker looking for the real ‘Heart of the Country’.
The two-story accommodation comprises a master double bedroom,
second bedroom with adult sized bunk beds, a spacious hallway and a
modern bathroom with shower suite and heated towel rail.
There is a comfortable cosy lounge with matching pine furniture, a colour TV/video recorder, a DVD player, freeview digibox and a radio / CD player complete with attractive furnishings.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes an electric oven and hob, microwave oven, modern fridge freezer, dishwasher and front-loading washing machine. A tumble drier is available for guests use in an adjacent outbuilding.
Bed linen and towels are provided weekly inclusive within the
price and electricity is also free of charge.
The cottage is surrounded by farmland, with beautiful views in all directions.
The locality is peaceful and offers a wealth of opportunities for a tranquil yet interesting break.
